You end up re-explaining your chart of accounts, your vendor list, and why that one transaction is categorized the way it is — over and over.
That’s not how I work.
I’m a one-person operation, which means the person reconciling your accounts this month is the same person who did it last month and will do it next month. I know your business, your vendors, and your quirks — the recurring transaction that always needs a manual note, the seasonal swing in your revenue. If something looks off, I catch it because I know what “normal” looks like for you.
For a lot of Tampa Bay business owners, that familiarity is the whole point.
